Deposits, who to make the cheque payable to, welcome pack, cancellations etc.
Deposit
Deposits are non-refundable. The holiday is booked once the deposit has been received. A verbal, letter or email booking will not hold the holiday date, only the deposit will guarantee the booked date.
Remaining balance / Good housekeeping bond
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 6 weeks before the holiday commences. A good housekeeping bond of £150 must also be included. The bond of £150 will be posted back to you, the day after the Lodge has been left in the condition it was in, at the start of the holiday.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, if a cancellation happens, the deposit is lost. If the holiday is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the holiday start date, the remaining balance and bond will be returned. Cancellation 4 to 6 weeks before, 50% of the remaining balance and full bond returned.
Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before, 25% remaining balance and full bond returned.
Less than 2 weeks and only the bond will be returned.

Welcome Pack
On your arrival: we supply a ‘Welcome Pack’ of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, Welsh butter and cake.
Starter pack for the log burner: firelighters, kindling and a basket of logs. Extra logs can be purchased from us.
There are plenty of DVDs, books, card games and jigsaws just in case it rains!!
High chair and travel cot available if required.
All central heating, electricity, towels and bed linen is included.
